Floyd Cowger is the personification of “blue collar American.” He is from Fairmont, WV and currency resides in Silver Lake, WV where he is the founder, organizer and promoter of One Man Jam Fest. OMJF is a singer/songwriter music festival which boasts 48 hours of non-stop live music each year to kick off America’s summer concert season. The festival is entering its 17th year in 2025 and will feature at least one grammy award winning artist among dozens of other talented artists. The rustic stage was built by Floyd primarily from locally sourced materials. OMJF is, in Floyds words, a “Music Venue for all types of music giving people a chance to express themselves on a bigger stage and to let others enjoy.” Floyd has dedicated his life to the art of music. In addition to the massive undertaking to organize and host his annual music festival, Floyd is also a family man and currently performs live at venues in and around the Appalachian region. Discography includes 2001’s “Somewhere Between The Bars And Home”
